Binding using FallbackValue

Today ! We know that the windows 8.1 is now the ability to specify the value is to be shown. If the binding Fails. You can use FallbackValue to update the binding statement If there have any error. Actually FallbackValue is like a watermark.
If you use FallBackValue You must know the the control is not data bound. Then you can use FallbackValue to do this .
run our program by pressing F5. So this time have no error....
